Your role

In your new role you are responsible for identifying and advising on learning needs, development of learning programs and implementation, delivery and optimization of learning modules, in area of expertise and in line with the strategic goals of Canon and Océ. Goal is to realize a population that has the required professional skills, behaviors and knowledge to deliver business targets.

Your main accountabilities are:

• You investigate the business objectives and analyse the learning requirements to ensure learning is developed and meets the business needs.
• You handle requests for learning events with stakeholders by contracting learning events and take appropriate action to realize these events.
• You develop, design and update blended learning - programs, to ensure that the target group (Sales), has the required skills, behaviors and knowledge to deliver the business targets.
• You deliver learning events on Canon / PPP business concept; products, solutions & services and competitor products in line with the Learning Activity Plan.
• You contribute to the annual plan and development of the Training Centre strategic direction in order to get to an ambitious and realistic year plan.

Your profile:

• Academic level of knowhow
• 5 years of relevant experience for example as an account manager / trainer of professional printers or similar
• Sales background and profound knowledge of professional printing
• Willingness to travel
• You know and understand developments in learning concepts, methodologies and new media to be able to perform state of art effective learning.
• Experience with or knowledge of Wide Format Printing Systems is an important pre

As a person you have a large degree of autonomy, you are a good listener, you’ve got good coaching skills and you are interpersonal sensitive.
