Software Development
Your challenge as Software Development Architect is to define system software architecture that will shape the future print applications for Océ as a global leader. The user interface, workflow and productivity all form aspects of your role. You will also enhance and further develop our agile approach to multi-site platform development and model based system engineering (MBSE).
Embedded Software Development
As Embedded Software Development Architect you will work on the brain behind our world-leading products. You will apply agile processes and develop for state-of-the-art software platforms in a multidisciplinary and multi-site environment. Typical topics include code synthesis and high-performance processing as well as solutions for monitoring and controlling our products.
A good example…
is the Océ VarioPrint i300, a revolution in cutsheet inkjet production printing. It has for example an ingenious paper path that uses vacuum suction to hold sheets flat on its seamless, stainless steel paper transport belt. Sheets move through the Océ VarioPrint i300, printing up to 294 letter images per minute or 8,500 sheets per hour. Along the way, a 3D camera Sentry unit inspects, detects, and rejects sheets with imperfections. The ability to draw from multiple paper sources, automatic duplexing, and in-line connectivity to finishing equipment makes it an optimal device for Transaction, TransPromo, Direct Mail, Booklets and Manuals.

• A professional with an MSc or PhD and at least 3 years in realizing a vision for product design and development
