We are looking for an experienced logistics coordinator for DHL in Beringe. Within this role you manage a department within the warehouse in organizational and personnel matters.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced leader in logistics who knows how to motivate and captivate his/her staff and in the same time can present results on management level. In addition our new supervisor makes proposals to improve the processes and realize cost savings by doing so. In short, we are looking for the link between management and the "floor".
Functie-eisen
- MBO or HBO working and thinking level;
- Fluency in Dutch and English is must. Polish and German is a plus:
- Good communication , social and leadership skills;
- Flexible attitude when it comes to working hours and services;
- Analytical ability and numerical insight;
- Experience with logistic processes systems and Warehousing.
